ManoPlan charges a €89 base fee per month plus €12 per employee. Example: 1 technician = €101/month, 5 technicians = €149/month. All features are included in every paid plan.
We offer integrations for Lexoffice and sevDesk. SAP Business One is available on request - contact us for a joint integration. Additionally, you can import and export data via CSV. On request, we also support SAP S/4HANA and Dynamics 365 integrations for larger operations.
Via GPS geofencing (100m radius), ManoPlan automatically detects when a technician arrives at or leaves a customer site. Travel time starts automatically when navigation begins, work time when entering the geofence area.
The mobile app can store jobs for the current day offline. Time tracking and photos are saved locally and synchronized as soon as internet is available.
All data is stored encrypted in European data centers. Our AI features run on Microsoft Azure OpenAI within the EU – your data never leaves Europe and is not used to train AI models. We are fully GDPR compliant and offer data export on request. GPS tracking only occurs during active jobs and with consent.
