What is ManoPlan?
ManoPlan is a SaaS platform for trade businesses that combines dispatch planning, route optimization, time tracking, and AI-powered documentation in one solution. Our software helps tradespeople save time and work more efficiently.
What type of businesses is ManoPlan suitable for?
ManoPlan is suitable for trade businesses of all sizes - from sole proprietors to companies with over 200 employees. The platform is especially designed for electricians, heating engineers, plumbers, HVAC technicians, roofers, painters, and similar trades.
How long does setup take?
Basic setup only takes a few minutes. You can get started right away. For more extensive setups like ERP integrations or data imports, we offer personal onboarding support.
Do I need technical expertise?
No, ManoPlan is intuitively designed and requires no technical expertise. The user interface is deliberately kept simple so that employees without IT experience can quickly work with it.
Is there training for my team?
Yes, we offer free video tutorials, comprehensive documentation, and personal online training sessions for your team on request.
Can I use ManoPlan for emergency services?
Yes, ManoPlan supports emergency service scenarios with special features like express bookings, dynamic pricing, and immediate notification to available technicians.

Pricing & Subscription

How much does ManoPlan cost?
ManoPlan costs €89 per month per business plus €12 per active user. There are no hidden costs. You can cancel monthly at any time.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, you can try ManoPlan free for 1 month - no credit card required and no obligations. You have full access to all features.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel at any time at the end of the current billing period. There is no minimum contract term and no cancellation fees.
What counts as an 'active user'?
An active user is an employee who has accessed ManoPlan at least once during the billing month. Unused accounts are not charged.
Are there discounts for annual subscriptions?
Yes, with annual payment you get 2 months free, which is a saving of about 16%.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), SEPA direct debit, and invoice on request for larger businesses.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes, if you're not satisfied within the first 30 days after the trial period, we'll refund the full amount - no questions asked.

How does route optimization work?
ManoPlan calculates the optimal route for your technicians based on job locations, time windows, and real-time traffic data from Google Maps. This saves driving time and fuel.
What is AI documentation?
With AI documentation, technicians can dictate bullet points by voice, which are automatically converted into professional service reports. This saves time and improves documentation quality.
How does automatic time tracking work?
Through geofencing, ManoPlan automatically detects when a technician arrives at or leaves a customer's location. Travel and work times are thus recorded without manual effort.
Can I create material sets for recurring jobs?
Yes, you can create material sets for different job types. These are automatically suggested and appear on the daily loading list for your technicians.
How does dispatch planning work?
Dispatch planning is done via drag & drop on a clear calendar. You can see all technicians, their availability, and easily assign jobs. The system automatically shows conflicts.
Can I automatically notify customers?
Yes, ManoPlan can automatically notify customers via SMS or email - for appointment confirmation, as a reminder the day before, and when the technician is on the way.
Is there a calendar for overview?
Yes, ManoPlan offers day, week, and month views for dispatch planning. You can also filter by individual technicians or teams.
How are photos and documents stored?
Photos and documents are securely stored in the cloud and are directly linked to the respective job. You can access them from anywhere.

Integrations

Which ERP systems are supported?
ManoPlan integrates with SAP Business One, Lexoffice, and sevDesk. You can also import and export data via CSV.
Can I import my existing customer data?
Yes, you can import customers, jobs, and other data via CSV import or directly through your ERP integration. We're happy to assist with data import.
Is data synchronized automatically?
Yes, when ERP integration is enabled, jobs, customers, and time data are automatically synchronized. You can choose between real-time or scheduled sync.
Can I export time data to my payroll system?
Yes, all recorded work hours can be exported as CSV or DATEV-compatible format for your payroll system.
Is there an API for custom integrations?
Yes, ManoPlan offers a REST API for custom integrations. Documentation and access are available on request.

Mobile App

Is there a mobile app?
Yes, ManoPlan offers a mobile app for iOS and Android. Technicians can view jobs, navigate, track time, and create documentation.
Does the app work offline?
The most important functions like job viewing and time tracking work offline. Data is automatically synchronized as soon as a connection is available again.
Can I navigate directly from the app?
Yes, with one click Google Maps, Apple Maps, or Waze opens with the customer address. The optimal route has already been calculated.
How do I track time with the app?
Time tracking works automatically via GPS. However, you can also manually enter or correct times if needed.
Can technicians take photos?
Yes, technicians can take photos directly in the app that are automatically assigned to the job. Ideal for before-and-after documentation.
Does voice recording work on mobile?
Yes, AI documentation also works on the smartphone. Just speak, and the app converts it into a professional report.

Security & Privacy

Where is my data stored?
All data is stored on servers in Germany and is subject to strict German data protection laws and GDPR.
Is ManoPlan GDPR compliant?
Yes, ManoPlan is fully GDPR compliant. We have a data protection officer and offer data processing agreements (DPA) for our customers.
How secure is my data?
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We conduct regular security audits and have a SOC 2 Type II certified hosting partner.
Who has access to my data?
Only you and your authorized employees have access. Our support can only access your data with your explicit permission.
Can I have my data deleted?
Yes, in accordance with GDPR you can request deletion of your data at any time. After cancellation, your data is completely deleted within 90 days.
Are there regular backups?
Yes, we automatically create daily backups that are kept for 30 days. In an emergency, we can quickly restore your data.
