General Terms and Conditions

ManoPlan is a cloud-based SaaS platform for job dispatch and route planning in trades businesses.

We offer the following core features:

• •Job dispatch with dynamic time slots
• •AI-powered route optimization
• •Automatic time tracking via geofencing
• •AI-powered job documentation (Speech-to-Text, GPT-4o)
• •Material and tool management
• •ERP integrations (Hero, openHandwerk, SAP B1, Lexoffice, sevDesk)
• •Mobile app for technicians (iOS & Android)
• •Customer notifications via SMS, email, and push

To use ManoPlan, you must create an account and provide truthful information.

You are responsible for:

• •Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and credentials
• •All activities that occur under your account
• •Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into legally binding contracts.

Our pricing model:

• •Active users are employees with roles 'admin', 'office', or 'technician' who have logged in at least once in the respective month.
• •Passive users (role 'passive') are not charged.
• •Payment is made monthly in advance via Polar.sh.
• •In case of payment default, we reserve the right to suspend your access.
• •All prices are exclusive of applicable VAT.

You may cancel your subscription at any time with 14 days' notice to the end of the month.

Cancellation can be done through your account settings or by email to support@manoplan.de.

Upon cancellation:

• •Your access ends at the end of the paid period
• •Your data is archived for 90 days (recovery period)
• •You can request a complete data export
• •Your data is deleted after the period expires in accordance with GDPR

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use ManoPlan for your business purposes.

You may NOT:

• •Use the Service for illegal purposes
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• •Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
• •Use automated systems for scraping
• •Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
• •Violate the rights of other users
• •Use our trademarks without written permission

We take the protection of your data very seriously and strictly comply with GDPR.

Important points:

• •Your company data belongs to you - we are only processors
• •End-to-end encryption for all data transmissions
• •Server location: EU (Germany)
• •Regular backups with disaster recovery
• •Row-level security for multi-tenant data separation

• •All rights to the Service, including software, design, text, graphics, and logos, belong to ManoPlan or our licensors.
• •Your uploaded content (job documentation, photos, customer data) remains your property.
• •You grant us a license to process your content to provide the Service (e.g., AI documentation, route optimization).

ManoPlan is provided 'as is'. We strive for maximum availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

We are not liable for:

• •Indirect damages or lost profits
• •Data loss through third-party providers (e.g., ERP systems)
• •Errors in GPS coordinates or route calculations
• •Delays due to Google Maps API or other external services

• •Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 12 months.
• •These liability limitations do not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence.

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, war, strikes, cyberattacks, cloud infrastructure failures).

• •We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
• •We will notify you of material changes via email 30 days in advance.
• •Your continued use after the change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
