How it works
Three steps from your dedicated server to a connected device.
Your own server
We rent and configure a server in your preferred data center (EU/DE available). ManoPlan is deployed in parallel with the public version and stays on the exact same release.
VPN tunnel
WireGuard is installed on the server. Only devices with your VPN profile can reach the ManoPlan instance. No open access from the public internet.
Connect devices
Your employees install the WireGuard client (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, Linux) with the profile we provide. After that, ManoPlan works as usual.

No end-device support
If a specific phone model can't connect to the VPN, that's usually a device or local configuration issue. Your IT team handles it.
No app installation on staff devices
Your employees or your IT team install the WireGuard client and the ManoPlan app themselves.
No 24/7 hotline
Platform and VPN issues are handled through our regular support channel.
No custom development
You get the same ManoPlan feature set as everyone else – no more, no less.

What happens if the VPN goes down?+
The WireGuard gateway runs on the same server as the app. If the server fails, our backup process restores within hours. A redundant VPN endpoint is available on request.
Can we migrate existing ManoPlan data to the dedicated server?+
Yes. We handle the one-time data migration from the public version to your dedicated instance – jobs, customers, materials, attachments and history.
What happens to our data when we cancel?+
You receive a full data export (DB dump and attachments). Afterwards, server and backups are deleted and we confirm the deletion in writing.
Does this also cover the mobile app?+
Yes. To reach the dedicated server, mobile devices also have to be in the VPN. WireGuard runs as a background tunnel alongside the app.
Do we get all updates?+
Yes, in sync with the public version. As soon as an update rolls out to all customers, your dedicated instance gets the same update automatically.
How many employees and devices are included?+
Pricing scales with employee count, device count and data volume. We work out a concrete quote with you in the consultation call.
