Getting Started

Set up your business in just a few minutes

Welcome to ManoPlan! This guide will help you get started quickly with the platform.

1. Create Account

Register with your email address and create a password. You can also sign in with Google.

2. Set Up Business

Enter your company name, address, and timezone. This will be used as the starting point for route calculations.

3. Invite Team

Invite your employees via email and assign roles: Admin, Office, Technician, or Passive.

4. Configure Time Slots

Define your default time slots (e.g., 08:00-12:00, 12:00-16:00, 16:00-19:00).

5. Download Mobile App

Your technicians can install the ManoPlan app on iOS or Android.

Job Dispatch

Plan and manage your daily jobs

The Dispatch Board is the heart of your daily planning. Here you can see all jobs and technicians at a glance.

Drag & Drop Planning

Simply drag unplanned jobs to the desired time slots and technicians.

Dynamic Time Slots

Time slots automatically adjust to demand. High-demand times can have higher prices.

Conflict Detection

ManoPlan automatically warns you about overbookings, vacations, or capacity overruns.

Real-Time Status

Track the status of each job: New, Planned, Confirmed, En Route, In Progress, Completed.

Tips

  • Use filters to filter by category or priority
  • Color coding shows the utilization of time slots
  • Double-click on a job for details

Route Optimization

Save travel time with intelligent route planning

ManoPlan automatically optimizes the order of jobs to minimize travel time and fuel costs.

Google Maps Integration

Real-time traffic data is considered to calculate the fastest route.

Automatic Optimization

Click 'Optimize Routes' to calculate the best sequence for all technicians.

Navigation Deep-Links

Technicians can navigate directly from the app to Google Maps, Apple Maps, or Waze.

Time for loading materials is automatically included in route planning.

Time Tracking & Geofencing

Automatic time tracking without manual entries

With GPS-based geofencing, ManoPlan automatically tracks work and travel times - no manual entry required from your technicians.

Geofencing (100m Radius)

When a technician enters the 100m radius around a customer address, time automatically switches from travel to work.

Time Types

Distinguish between: Travel time, Work time, Wait time, Break, and Material time.

Manual Corrections

Times can be corrected afterwards if needed.

Reports and Export

Export time data for payroll or ERP systems.

Your technicians can document via voice input. The AI automatically converts bullet points into professional service reports.

Speech-to-Text (Whisper)

Simply speak into the microphone - OpenAI Whisper transcribes the voice input into text.

Automatic Formatting (GPT-4)

The bullet points are automatically converted into a structured service report.

Add Photos

Document damage, completed work, or spare parts with photos.

Customer Signature

The customer can sign the report directly on the smartphone.
