Welcome to ManoPlan! This guide will help you get started quickly with the platform.
Register with your email address and create a password. You can also sign in with Google.
Enter your company name, address, and timezone. This will be used as the starting point for route calculations.
Invite your employees via email and assign roles: Admin, Office, Technician, or Passive.
Define your default time slots (e.g., 08:00-12:00, 12:00-16:00, 16:00-19:00).
Your technicians can install the ManoPlan app on iOS or Android.
Plan and manage your daily jobs
The Dispatch Board is the heart of your daily planning. Here you can see all jobs and technicians at a glance.
Simply drag unplanned jobs to the desired time slots and technicians.
Time slots automatically adjust to demand. High-demand times can have higher prices.
ManoPlan automatically warns you about overbookings, vacations, or capacity overruns.
Track the status of each job: New, Planned, Confirmed, En Route, In Progress, Completed.
Save travel time with intelligent route planning
ManoPlan automatically optimizes the order of jobs to minimize travel time and fuel costs.
Real-time traffic data is considered to calculate the fastest route.
Click 'Optimize Routes' to calculate the best sequence for all technicians.

When a technician enters the 100m radius around a customer address, time automatically switches from travel to work.
Distinguish between: Travel time, Work time, Wait time, Break, and Material time.
Times can be corrected afterwards if needed.
