AI Input Field
The AI assistant is built right into the dashboard. One input field – and ManoPlan understands what needs to be done.
Input recognised
Just type: 'New job for Miller, boiler service tomorrow morning.' The AI automatically recognises the customer, category, and requested date.
Pre-filled form
The job form opens already pre-filled. Category, priority, and date are set – simply confirm or adjust as needed.
Customer created by AI
The AI can also create new customers: 'New customer Smith, 5 High Street.' The address is recognised and pinned on the map.
Quotes via voice input
And quotes? 'Quote for Miller, boiler service flat rate 150 euros.' The AI assistant handles the data entry – you stay in control.
