Overview

The quotes overview shows all quotes with status, customer and amount. Statistics at the top: drafts, sent, accepted and conversion rate.

Create

New quote: select customer, add line items. Labor, materials, travel costs or fixed prices. Optional items can be included or excluded by the customer.

Details

In the quote detail you see all line items, the total amount and the status history. From here, send the quote as a PDF via email.

Edit

Your customer opens the quote in their browser — with your logo and your colors. Accept or decline, digitally and paperless.

Online View

Quote accepted? One click and it becomes a job. All data carries over — customer, line items, pricing.
