Booking questions

In the settings, you define which questions customers must answer when booking. Custom required fields, dropdowns, free text – all fully configurable.

Customer view

This is what your booking page looks like for customers – with your company logo and brand colours. Share the link on your website or in emails.

Select category

The customer selects the right category – for example heating, plumbing, or electrical. Only the categories you have enabled are shown.

Questions & photos

The customer answers your custom questions and can upload photos of the problem directly. This saves follow-up calls and speeds up job processing.

Contact & appointment

Enter contact details and preferred appointment time. ManoPlan automatically checks whether the requested slot is available.

New booking

The booking immediately appears as a new job in the dispatch board – including all details and photos. Simply assign and send a technician.
