In the portal settings you enable review requests and store your Google review link.

On completion
When completing a job, “Send review request” is already switched on. The technician doesn’t need to do anything else.

The customer receives a friendly email with the review link. It shows up in the inbox among the sent messages.

Under Reviews you see all sent requests with customer, date and delivery status.
