ManoPlan Workflow – Connect Your ERP System

Admins should be able to connect their existing ERP system to ManoPlan in under 10 minutes.

Available Systems
The integrations overview shows all supported systems: SAP Business One, Hero, openHandwerk, Lexoffice and sevDesk. Each card shows the current connection status.
API Configuration
Select your system and enter the API key. The connection test immediately checks if the credentials are valid and the connection works.
Sync Directions
Choose the sync direction per data type: import customers only, export time logs only, or sync both bidirectionally. You have full control over the data flow.
Sync Progress
Start the initial sync. ManoPlan imports your existing customers, jobs and material data. The progress bar shows the current status.
Sync Log
The sync log shows details for each import: successful entries, skipped duplicates and any errors with correction hints.
