Key Metrics
Your morning starts here: The dashboard shows open jobs, available technicians and urgent cases at a glance.
Absences
First check absences. Who's available today, who's on vacation or sick? ManoPlan shows this automatically and factors it into planning.
Open Jobs
The dispatch board: All open jobs sorted by priority on the left. Red markers mean urgent - these jobs should be planned first.
Auto-Plan
You can assign jobs individually via drag and drop. Or use Auto-Plan for automatic distribution based on workload and driving distances.
Distributed Jobs
Auto-Plan distributes jobs evenly considering driving distances, priorities and team capacities. You can manually adjust the result anytime.
Workload
The workload indicator per vehicle helps you spot overloads immediately. Simply drag jobs between vehicles if a team has too much.
Route Map
The route map shows all planned trips. Each vehicle has its own color. The job sequence is already optimized.
Optimize
If needed, optimize the route manually or with one click on Optimize. Estimated arrival times update automatically.
