Dashboard overview

Emergency: a customer's heating has completely failed in winter. The dashboard immediately shows which technicians still have capacity today.

Priority: Urgent

Create a new job and set the priority to Urgent. ManoPlan flags it in red – visible to all dispatchers immediately.

Urgent job in red

On the dispatch board the urgent job is highlighted in red. At a glance you can see which technician is available soonest.

Technician assigned

Assign the right technician via drag and drop – ManoPlan instantly updates the workload for all vehicles.

Optimised route

The route is automatically recalculated. The emergency job is slotted in with priority – with updated arrival times for all stops.

Customer notification

Affected customers are automatically notified by SMS or email about delays. No more manual phone calls required.
