A customer calls - the heating is broken. Here's how it becomes an assigned job in just a few minutes. Everything starts on the dashboard.
First, search for the customer. The search finds names, addresses and phone numbers. One click opens the customer record.
New customer? Created in 30 seconds. Enter name, address and contact details. The address is automatically placed on the map.
Create a job: Choose the category, set priority, describe the problem. The estimated duration helps with daily planning.
Optionally add a material set so the technician knows what to load. Matching sets are suggested based on the category.
On the dispatch board you see the new job on the left. Your vehicles with their current workload on the right.
Drag and drop it onto the right vehicle. ManoPlan immediately shows the updated workload and optimized route.
Done. The technician sees the job in their app. Optionally send the customer an appointment confirmation via email or SMS.
