Quotes List
The quotes list shows all open and completed quotes at a glance. Status, conversion rate and filters help you stay on top of things.
Quote Form
New quote: select a customer, add a title and choose a category. ManoPlan automatically fills in contact details and address from your customer records.
Line Items
Add line items - labour, materials, travel costs or fixed prices. Each item gets a quantity, unit and unit price. The total is calculated instantly.
Optional Checkbox
Line items can be marked as optional. The customer sees what is required and what they can optionally add. This keeps quotes transparent and flexible.
Send by Email
One click sends the quote by email. ManoPlan automatically generates a personal link to the public quote page for the customer.
Company Branding
The customer sees the quote in your company branding with all line items and the total. They can accept or decline directly online - no app, no login required.
Convert to Job
Once the quote is accepted, convert it to a job with a single click. All data is carried over - no double entry.
