ManoPlan Workflow – Handling the Unexpected

1:165 Scenen

Shows how technicians handle waiting time, breaks, geofence exits, and unplanned follow-up appointments.

Learning Goal

Technicians should be able to independently and correctly log waiting time, breaks, and follow-up jobs in the app.

Contents

1

Time Type: Waiting

The material is arriving later than expected. No problem: switch the time type to waiting. Wait time is tracked separately and does not count as work time.

2

Start Break

Lunch break: a single tap stops the running time tracking and starts break time. After the break, just continue - work time starts running again.

3

Geofence Prompt

The technician briefly leaves the customer's premises. GPS detects this and automatically asks: continue working, waiting, or on break? Time is always correctly assigned.

4

Create Follow-Up

Follow-up appointment needed? Create it directly from the current job. Customer data and address are automatically carried over - just enter the date and new problem.

5

New Job in Dispatch

The office is notified immediately: the new follow-up job appears directly on the dispatch board. No phone call needed, no paper notes - everything runs automatically.
