In the customer portal your customer signs in with just their email address. No password needed.

ManoPlan sends a secure sign-in link by email. One click – and the customer is in.

On the home page the customer sees their service history: upcoming appointments, jobs in progress and completed jobs with status.

Of course the portal works on smartphones too. Documents you share appear here as well.
