Today at a glance
The daily overview lists all of today’s jobs in the right order. The active job sits on top – with address, problem description and the “Report done” button.
Morning briefing
The morning briefing sums up the day: number of jobs, planned working time and the first appointment including navigation.
Loading list
The loading list collects materials and tools for all of today’s jobs. Tick them off one by one – nothing is missing at the customer’s.
Job details
One tap opens the job: customer, category and description. Navigate, call or send an email right from here.
Checklists
Checklists guide through maintenance and commissioning. Mandatory items are marked and progress is always visible.
Photos
Add photos straight from the camera or from the gallery. Every picture is attached to the job automatically.
Complete the job
On completion you document what was done – by dictation if you like, polished by AI. Signature, photos and measurements are just one tap away.
Time tracking
Time tracking shows the team’s driving, work, waiting and break times. Start a break or waiting time with a single tap.
Expenses
Record expenses like parking or materials right away – snap the receipt and submit them together.
End of day
In the evening the end-of-day summary shows your progress: completed and open jobs plus the recorded times. Everything is synced with the office.
