Good morning. The app immediately shows what's on for today: the next job prominently at the top, all others in the daily list below. No searching, no asking around.
Day Overview
The morning briefing at a glance: how many jobs today, which materials are needed, and which customer to start with.
Loading Checklist
Before heading out: the loading checklist. See all material sets for the day at once and check them off one by one. Nothing gets forgotten.
Start Navigation
Open the first job and head out. One tap on the navigation button starts the route. Drive time tracking begins automatically.
Choose Nav App
ManoPlan opens the preferred navigation app directly with the destination address. Google Maps, Apple Maps, or Waze - each technician can set their preferred app.
GPS Arrival Detected
Arriving at the customer site, the GPS automatically detects arrival. Time tracking switches from drive time to work time - without lifting a finger.
Voice Note
Documentation made easy: press the microphone, speak your notes. The AI automatically generates a professional service report from them.
Photo Documentation
Before and after photos directly from the app. Images can be annotated - for clean documentation and future reference.
Customer Signature
Closing the job: the customer signs directly on screen, the job is marked as complete. The app automatically shows the next appointment.
