Before Photos
First, take before photos. Open the camera, photograph the initial condition, and select the right category. The timestamp is set automatically.
Record Voice Note
Speak your notes instead of typing: press the microphone button and simply say it all. Work performed, findings, parts used - exactly as you'd explain it to the office.
AI Service Report
The AI takes over: bullet points and spoken notes are automatically converted into a structured, professional service report. Review, edit, and done.
Capture Materials
Capture materials used: scan the item's barcode or select directly from the material list. Quantities are automatically deducted from inventory.
After Photos
Wrap up: take after photos, the customer signs on the display. The office sees the completed service report in real time - before the technician even drives to the next job.
