Open the job
The job is open. Customer and problem description are right at the top – the technician knows immediately what it’s about.
Checklist
The maintenance checklist is worked through item by item. Mandatory fields are marked and the counter shows what’s still open.
Record materials
Used materials are recorded from the catalogue or manually. “Add all” books the planned materials in seconds.
Measurements
Measurements capture lengths, areas or quantities right on site – the app calculates the total itself.
Photos
Before and after photos go straight from the camera or gallery into the job.
AI report
The report is dictated or typed, and AI turns it into a clean service report.
Finish cleanly
Open mandatory checklist items are flagged before completion. On request, the service report and a review request go to the customer automatically.
