Team List

The team overview shows all employees with their role, skills and current status. From here you manage invitations, roles and permissions.

Invite

Invite a new team member: Enter their email and choose a role. They'll receive an invitation link and can register immediately. The role determines what they can see and do.

Vehicles & Teams

Assign vehicles and teams: Which technician drives which vehicle? Create permanent teams for daily planning. The dispatch board then shows exactly this assignment.

Absences

Enter absences: vacation, sick leave or blocked times. ManoPlan automatically considers this in dispatch planning. No double bookings on absent employees.

Availability

On the dispatch board you immediately see who's available today. Absent employees are grayed out. Auto-planning only assigns jobs to available technicians.
