Under Assets you manage every device at your customers’ sites: gas boilers, heat pumps, storage tanks – with manufacturer, model and serial number.
Every asset has master data, service history and documents. With the QR label the technician finds it instantly in the app on site.
Maintenance contracts show interval, next service and flat fee. Contracts due soon are highlighted.
In the contract you set term, service interval and billing. ManoPlan creates the service jobs automatically ahead of the due date.
Checklist templates like “Heating service” or “Heat pump commissioning” are linked to job categories and appear automatically in the app.
