New customers can be created directly in the job form.
Category
The type of work (e.g., Heating, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance).
Description
Detailed description of the work to be performed.
The more detailed the description, the better the technician can prepare.
Priority

When should the job be performed?
Time Slot
Choose an available time slot for the job.
Estimated Duration
How long will the job likely take?
Assign Technician
Optional: Assign the job directly to a technician.
Materials & Tools
What is needed for the job?
Material Sets
Select predefined material sets for this job type.
Special Tools
Add tools that need to be reserved.
Material sets can be predefined in settings to save time.
Customer Notification
Inform the customer about the appointment
Customers can confirm or reschedule the appointment via a link in the email.
