This guide walks you through all the steps to set up ManoPlan. From registration to company configuration to inviting your team.
Requirements
What you need for ManoPlan
Registration
Create and verify your account
Visit the registration page
Navigate to manoplan.de/sign-up and choose 'Start for free'.
Choose your sign-up method
Register with your email address or use the quick Google sign-in.
Confirm email
Check your inbox and click on the confirmation link.
Company Configuration
Set up your company
Company Name
The official name of your business
Company Address
Main location for route planning
Timezone
Default is Europe/Berlin
Working Hours
Default time slots for jobs (e.g., 08:00-17:00)
Default Duration
Pre-set job duration in minutes
Invite Team
Add your team members
Administrator
Full access to all features including billing and settings
Office
Can manage jobs, customers, and routes
Technician
Access to assigned jobs via the mobile app
Passive
Read-only access for reports and overviews
Enter the email addresses of your team members. They will automatically receive an invitation with instructions for creating their account.

For technicians in the field
iOS (iPhone/iPad)

- 2Navigate to manoplan.de
- 3Tap the Share icon
- 4Select 'Add to Home Screen'
Android
- 1Open Chrome on your Android device
- 2Navigate to manoplan.de
- 3Tap 'Install app' or the menu icon
- 4Select 'Add to Home screen'
